Our training seminars offer excellence in the
All on-site training seminars will be customised to suit applications and user needs. We aim to ensure that all course attendees participate and advance their competence to the possible maximum.
Applications covered include:
Chromatography techniques covered include (but not limited to) Liquid Chromatography (LC) techniques such as normal phase, reverse phase, affinity, size exclusion etc., Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC), Simulated Moving Bed Chromatography (SMBC) coupled to Ultra-Violet spectrophotometer (UV), Mass Spectrometer (MS) and Evaporative Light Scattering (ELSD) detectors.
Finally – all our training seminars (on-site and off-site) are broadly classified into Basic, Intermediate and Advanced courses.
Advanced Course
Overview
Course is application specific, with in-depth discussions on new concepts and customised use of equipment. For example, for small molecule semi-preparative applications, topics like At-Column-Dilution (ACD - developed and patented by Waters Corporation), Recycle chromatography, Automated analytical to preparative LC and vice-versa, and Serial multicolumn chromatography etc. might be covered. The course is a mixture of seminar and practical sessions.
Who should attend?
Experienced purification chemists who have fair knowledge of preparative chromatography but may be new to MS-directed systems or that have recently acquired autopurification equipment with customised features or applications and wish to maximise utility and functionality.
